We’re seeing the first song from German producer Phil Tyler project PRIME that goes live next week on Thursday. Phil Tyler a kid from the 90s and his music reflects that. With his distinctly rough, authentic and mostly melodic Boom Bap sound he is bringing back that 90s flavour to the present.
Despite his undeniable love for Boom Bap, he is unwilling to restrict himself artistically and is open to all kinds of musical styles. Growing up in the small city of Lippstadt he was motivated and inspired to produce music by his older brother, who already had experience as a music producer.
In 2013 Phil got into making beats and after a couple of years he eventually found his own style. He loves to work together with like-minded people and create different styles through these collaborations.
