In my world, where I pay attention to what slows people down long enough to feel something, it only seems right to close the year with a song that lets you breathe.

Today we’re dropping the last chapter of ‘26. Seven producers, all crew, all names you already know if you’ve been hanging around us. But this one’s different. Guitars out front, nothing rushing to get anywhere.

Fifth single off ALIVE, produced by Philanthrope & dennisivnvc, out today. More to come as the rollout rolls on.

I’m not giving up the tracklist or the names yet. You’ll find out the way you find out most things worth knowing, by sticking around. But if you’ve followed us this year, you can probably guess a few.

KLIM has recently started making longer-format videos in his apartment/studio in Kyiv, where he takes the viewer through his workflow and approach to making beats on both the SP-1200 and S900. It’s a work ethic not a lot of people come close to in the scene, plus a personal note at the end that everyone should take notice of.

At the start of November, we’re beginning a new journey with the album Crime Files, which will go through a rollout phase with 4 singles.

After a handful of singles and beats that we have been sharing over an extended period of time, we finally have the pleasure of presenting Philanthrope’s new album, “PastWeekend.”

From the very first track, many listeners will recognize the collaboration with Al Dali, as well as Leavv, following their 2025 collaboration “Another Time,” which became a major success. The album also continues Philanthrope’s long standing creative relationship with Psalm Trees, with whom he previously released Birds of a Feather Vol. I.

The album brings together a diverse collection of productions created over an extended period of time, forming a timeline of different chapters in his life. It looks back at where he has been while, at the same time, looking forward to where he is headed.

Even at this early stage of the rollout, the tracks have already accumulated more than 5 million plays, alongside multiple radio plays through Apple Music.

Swedish producer Oh, My. is back with his debut through Ninetofive titled Vilken Stajl (What A Style). A warm, jazz-flavored project built entirely around the vibe of Scandinavian summer. Personally, One of the most atmospheric records we’ve put out this year. He’s got this way of layering melody and space that makes every track feel like a memory instead of just a beat.

We rolled it out slowly through June and July, single by single, and it was honestly a fun one to watch come together piece by piece. The whole project carries that same feeling: friendship, family, sitting with your own thoughts for a minute.

It’s the kind of album that rewards a full front-to-back listen rather than a quick skim.Available now on all streaming platforms — make sure to follow him.

01. Väderleksrapport
02. Vi Möts I Parken
03. Blommor & Bin
04. Vilken Stajl

Looptroop Rockers have been doing this since 1992, out of Västerås, Sweden, a spot you wouldn’t necessarily expect a hip hop crew of this caliber to come from. Embee and Promoe started it as teenagers, CosM.I.C. joined not long after, and Supreme rounded out the lineup by the mid ‘90s. No shortcuts, no hype machine behind them, just cassettes and vinyl pressed and distributed on their own terms for the better part of a decade before anyone outside Sweden was paying attention.

That independence shows in the music. Dense, sample heavy production paired with sharp, thoughtful writing, built entirely on their own label, David Vs Goliath. Fort Europa, released in 2005, is the record that put them on the map internationally, but by then they’d already built four albums worth of catalog on their own terms.

A huge part of that sound comes down to one man: Embee. From beats rooted in that grimy late ‘90s New York sound he was chopping up on his MPC early on, to the more modern, genre bending productions he’s known for today, Embee never let the crew get stuck in one lane. You can hear the Blue Note jazz influence running through his catalog, mixed with swing and more contemporary touches, which is exactly why the sound has been able to evolve across decades without ever losing what made it Looptroop in the first place. His range goes way beyond hip hop too, soul, jazz, pop, rock, electronic, it’s all in there, and it’s part of why he’s picked up Best Producer at the Swedish Hiphop Awards two years running plus Swedish DJ Awards in both 2004 and 2006.

Outside the group, Embee built out his own studio, The Wax Cabinet, and used it to put out his solo debut “Tellings From Solitaria”, a Grammy winning album stacked with features from José González, Timbuktu and more. He’s taken that same ear on the road too, DJ residencies across Tokyo, tours through China, production work for artists in Japan, always adding new influences back into the sound he brings home to Looptroop.

His process is no joke either. Embee treats songwriting like a discipline, not a waiting game. When inspiration isn’t flowing, he digs into the massive vault of beats and half finished ideas he’s built up over the years, a bank so deep even he forgets what’s in there, which means he gets to rediscover his own work with fresh ears. He’s talked about setting himself strict time limits to force ideas out, sometimes an hour, sometimes a full twelve hour session, and says that pressure ends up being far more productive than people expect. He’s even gone back and remixed entire albums using that same method.

They’ve picked up a Swedish Grammy, a spot in the Swedish Music Hall of Fame, and more than thirty years of output that never really chased a trend.

Drawing inspiration from his classic Swedish roots and a wide range of jazz artist influences, Oh, My. creates music that feels nostalgic, cinematic, and personal. Built around melody, atmosphere, and emotion, his productions invite listeners to slow down and appreciate the moments that often pass by unnoticed.

Instead of chasing trends, Oh, My. has been focusing on making music that feels genuine and memorable. His style is shaped by Scandinavian culture, close-knit communities, and the quiet beauty of everyday life. In 2026, he presents Vilken Stajl (What A Style), a summer-inspired instrumental project made for long days, bright evenings, and memories that last long after the season ends.

Released gradually throughout June and July, Vilken Stajl is a jazz and instrumental album that comes together with a full release across all major streaming platforms in early August 2026.

Inspired by Scandinavian summers, the project explores themes of friendship, family, reflection, and nostalgia. At its heart, Vilken Stajl celebrates the moments, places, and memories that shape who we are.

Today marks the release of “Vi Möts I Parken,” the album’s second single, continuing to build the atmosphere and story ahead of the full release.

From the beginning, the idea behind Frank’s Joint has been centered around two simple elements: beats & jazz.

Smooth arrangements bring together producers approaching the same atmosphere from completely different angles. That balance is what gives the project its direction while leaving space for individual interpretation.

15 beatmakers from all corners of the world came together to bring their own vision of this sound to life. A loungy atmosphere at Frank's Joint, where notes of experimental jazz take center stage, East Coast (US) groove inspiring the drums, glasses raised, and full bellies all around.

Jazzy, smooth styles roll through every time Waahiid drops a new track. It’s been a while now since we teamed up but I personally do think the albums we’ve put out together are lo-fi classics at this point.
