Five extra addition tracks from his original BEAM project - Limited Edition CD included in the release (50 copies made).
Let’s rewind a year back – We released BEAM together and now we’re seeing the deluxe version come out with even more details and soul filled into it. The first track ALL LOVE/LOST has been released and I am just in full honor of sharing this with you all.
STILL BEAMIN serves as a Deluxe to BEAM, which released last year on August 2nd. This project holds a special place in both my heart and my discography that I was not quite ready to move on from – mostly due to the fact I’m still going through a pivotal transition in my life.
On the original album, I documented the journey to becoming a light to oneself, a common story that has been told in many forms, countless amount of times in the past. BEAM was my instrumental take on this concept, as each beat sets the stage for the listeners to get an up-close look and listen into my world as it currently stands.
On the deluxe, we explore new themes such as: Forgiveness, Self Preservation, and Sacrifices (to name a few). 5 new beats, 5 new scenes for the listeners to follow before re-entering the original album.
I purposely added the new tracks first to show that the concept of “finding your light” isn’t something you discover once and never go through again. The “darkness” will return… getting heavier each time.
This whole project has become a “living journal” for me because I’ve experienced a great deal of loss but I’ve managed to stay afloat and pick myself up despite the setbacks placed in front of me.
It’s a very personal project for me so my desperation to get it right is starting to show. But trust, I’ll deliver on this deluxe version.
