Today we’re seeing the first collaboration between Boukas, Math-Mic and Alexandros Koutsogiannis from their upcoming EP titled Fly that’s being released on the catalogue. A deep, detailed and mysterious track made together with focus to create something organic that takes the listener for a journey. When I spoke with Boukas and Math-Mic this is what they’ve mentioned about their approach to creating this beautiful track.

Me and Math-Mic are very honored to share our first single ‘SWIM’ from our upcoming EP being released next week. A smooth but still very confident track that’s a blend of analog colours & amazing notes from the saxophone playing on top of the production.

A mix of Hip-Hop and improvisation from the instrumentalists – Representing a late night walking around the streets while the city lights are showing it’s beautiful glow.

  • It is with great honor that I share a new collection and album from the iconic producer 🇺🇸 @aldali_410 , based in Calera, Alabama. Al Dali is one of the greats who set the bar high during the SoundCloud era with his Lo-Fi beats, helping to shape the scene into what it is today. This exclusive 14-track release has been added to his catalog, and I am truly excited to share it with you all. In a recent phone conversation, Al Dali shared his vision for the future, expressing concerns about the growing dependence on AI-generated content and the pressure on musicians to maintain a visible presence on social media to prove they haven’t ‘fallen off.’ He pointed out a flaw in today’s society, where constant online activity is expected, and people start questioning your well-being simply because you prefer to stay in flight mode or stick to phone calls. I admire his thoughts and mindset because, in my opinion, some of the best productions come to life when artists limit themselves to their tools and space. This release is a collection of older tracks made between 2013 and 2024, and I know for a fact that he’s already cooking up new beats for his audience. Exploring and listening through beats from various producers often feels monotonous, with many sounding similar. However, when you press play on a track from el. it tells a unique story.
